Rawalpindi Express wins on handicap at Carlisle
The lengthy trip up to Carlisle proved worthwhile. Rawalpindi Express, named after the Pakistani pace bowler Shoaib Akhtar, won on his handicap debut with ease. The rain arrived in the morning which turned the ground to the soft side of good and was beneficial for Rawalpindi Express. He devoured every inch of this mile trip, pulling four lengths clear at the end. We look forward to an autumn campaign with him.
